As part of his visit to Canada from Aug. 24-26, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau (Papineau, Que.) will visit one of the sites of NORAD’s North Warning System and the Canadian High Arctic Research Station.
