On behalf of Veterans Affairs Minister Steven Blaney (Levis-Bellechasse, Que.), Conservative MP Daryl Kramp (Prince Edward-Hastings, Ont.) will speak and lay a wreath at the 12th Annual Warrior's Day at Coe Hill Parade.
