National Defence to hold public engagement sessions in Kawartha Lakes

Minister McKenna to make an announcement

Infrastructure and Communities Minister Catherine McKenna (Ottawa-Centre, Ont.) will  announce funding for public transit in 16 Central, Northern and Southern Ontario communities. She will be joined by Laurie Scott, Ontario Minister of Infrastructure; and Andy Letham, Mayor of City of Kawartha Lakes, at the Fleet Services Depot, 2094 Little Britain Rd. Call 613-941-0660.

Celebrate Summer Liberally

The Haliburton-Kawartha Lakes-Brock FLA hosts a dinner “Celebrate Summer Liberally,” to celebrate summer.
