As part of a week-long visit to Eastern Europe, Foreign Affairs Minister François-Philippe Champagne (Saint-Maurice–Champlain, Que.) will visit Latvia from March 2-3 where he will meet with President Egils Levits, Prime Minister Krišjānis Kariņš, Foreign Affairs Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs and Defence Minister Artis Pabriks.
