Sport and Persons with Disabilities Minister Carla Qualtrough (Delta, B.C.) will announce that eligible Canadian families will receive their first Canada Child Benefit payment starting July 20, 2016. The event will be held at the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Coast BC, 11339 84th Avenue.
