Canadian Citizenship Ceremony

Governor General David Johnston will be the presiding official administering the Oath of Citizenship and conferring citizenship certificates to 54 new Canadians from 29 countries. He will be joined by the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, former governor general of Canada. The ceremony will be held in the Ball Room at Rideau Hall. Call 613-998-7280.

Unveiling of New Heraldic Badges for Citizenship Judges

Governor General David Johnston and Citizenship and Immigration Minister Jason Kenney (Calgary Southeast, AB) will unveil the Letters Patent granting two new heraldic badges to be used by citizenship judges and present them with their new badges in the Reception Room of Rideau Hall.
