Canada Day in Ottawa

Canadian Heritage presents a day-long program of performances to celebrate Canada’s 156th birthday. Headliners include Jann Arden and Tyler Shaw. Participants include Governor General Mary Simon and Canadian Space Agency astronaut Jeremy Hansen. Fireworks will take place at 10 p.m. Celebrations will be held at LeBreton Flats Park (not on Parliament Hill due to construction).
